Is it possible to have a secondary portal page that grabs threads from certain forum (fid)? The threads that is obtained from the forum is separate from the settings from the primary portal.

So if I understand you, you want to add a whole new portal with custom settings?
As example; a portal that is only showing topics from ex. Support Forums?
