That's for security purposes, don't think it's a bug.
You always have to re-login to the ACP if you leave it! That's completely normal!
Yeah, you need a valid session id in a url to get into the Admin CP when you have left it.

"If" I had left the admin / login...
I would have said. and the session was within the current one.
Admin CP session identifiers are not passed to the front end for security reasons - so yes, you have to log in.

That clears that up..
It worked without login in 1.0.x and 1.1.x when the admin session wasn't in place
But since that has been implemented, any Front end --> Admin CP link must require a login.

v1.2.3 hasn't been out long,
That's why I thought it was a bug..
