Auto refresh is not working on my forums shoutbox.
http://www.onyxlegion.com/en/

Username: demo
Password: demo123

Check if this link is included in your headerinclude:

<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.3/jquery.min.js"></script>

After adding this, test the shoutbox again.

I added it to the Template Header and still nothing.

Make sure the Refresh interval is greater than 0 and proper user groups are selected in Group permissions: Auto-refresh.

Refresh Interval is at 0 and I've tried both setting it to "All groups" and tried selecting specific groups (Members, Admins, Mods, etc)... still nothing.

If your refresh interval is 0, the shoutbox will not function good at most times, please change this to 5.

I meant 5, haha - my bad.

5his script is in the headerinclude and the interval refresh rate is 5 for me as well and the shoutbox still not auto refreshing ....can someone pls help ???
