I'd suggest to get php version updated by your web host

for some reason if you can't get the php upgrade and if your forum needs a shoutbox then you can use this version of inferno shoutbox

are you using a free web host ? if your forum is legit (see support eligibility policy) and if you can wait
for some time then you may PM me temporary access to forum admin panel & files (FTP) to check it
