I've noticed if a dot is included in a search string then no results are shown, even when a thread has a dot in the title. For example, a thread named "N.A.S.A" will not show up in the search results when searching for  "N.A.S.A".

Can this be fixed?

I doubt - this is similar to http://community.mybb.com/thread-162469.html (wrapping keywords with quotes or anything similar is needed).

Thanks for the suggestion, sadly wrapping the word in quotes didn't work.

As in the other thread: Is there an easy way to fix this without breaking the search (including it's advanced search features)? If not I'd like to reject this and the other issue.
