Here you can enjoy my brand new theme, which look likes the vBulletinBoard. There are lots of template changes and nearly earch icon is new.

Don't put the orginal vBulletin icons in your theme, thats illegal!
Don't remove any of the Copyright links!

Yes, very neat. But it's only for 1.2.x (It's updated in 2007...)
(Why's there only a Not Bad, no HORRIBLE!!! Jk.)
