Hi there,
I dont know if this is a mybb thing but i was just checking my website page info and at the end it stays
"website does not support encription on the page. information sent over can be seen by others"

does anyone know what this is and is it a bad thing? i dont know if its a security thing.

Encryption relates to whether the site is using SSL or not. SSL is a secure communications layer on the internet where traffic cannot be packet filtered, sniffed etc. You'll find most online stores use it when they're performing credit card transactions. Generally you don't need to worry about it - 99% of websites use standard HTTP (no encryption), it's only when you're accepting information such as credit cards or payments that you'd probably think about using SSL.

ah right - thanks for letting me know, thought it was a security hole
