i noticed the other day when editing css and template set in my bb there is a timer delay i was wondering is there a way to fix that when u save css my bb load the new css right away in stead of having to weight a hour come back and look and see what was moved where to be edited again same with template set

Generally your problem should be solved, when you do a Ctrl F5 and a "rebuild caches" from the AdminCP, after you have changed css.

In the AdminCP settings, search for "cache" and make sure "Send No Cache Headers" is set to Yes. This may help you out.
