after a lot of research i got its fixed... this problem is occurring if you are using google seo plugin... you will very soon face a problem of 403 error in google webmaster tool. basically google seo tools 404 page creating this problem... you have to deactivate this 404 otherwise serious ranking problem occurs.. in google search result.
