Can someone please make a public plugin where users can change the hue of their userbar to whatever they would like?

- First of all, no one will make you one for free
- Second of all, it's not like other plugin (you need a PHP extension to make it work, shared host can be meh when it comes to enabling extensions.)
Just my statements. Good luck finding someone who's willing to make you one.

I am willing to pay. Just not something insanely high.
Since it's a rare and a unique plugin, you'd have to pay over $50 for it (I know a few who sell it for $70 while another one sell it for $100)
