After transfer my forum from one host to another host this error comes in admin panel.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class databaseengine in /home/emastizo/public_html/forum/inc/db_mysqli.php on line 12

after comes admin panel works correctly. after some time I couldnot enter the admin panel. it show white page in admin panel and in the forum themes not come out.

please help me.

What can I do?

I am transfer my data from phpadmin. and board is working fine. But admin panel not work.

did you modify any files?

I never modified any file except config.php and settings.php

after download all the file I changed mysql configuration in config.php and rename all the previous board information to current information.
