Is any of the stuff here and from MyBB Mods combatible with CreateMyBB?

If you want Mods on your CreateMyBB forums you will have to ask the people at CreateMyBB.

All of them should work, just a matter of whether they are willing to do it or not.

You're right. You do know that you can make your own forums on your own host, right?
You can download the software for MyBB and install it yourself - of course you will need a web host with PHP and MySQL and so on.

Not everyone uses CreateMyBB. Many people host their own boards.

You can host your own version of MyBB if you have a host which fulfils the basic requirements.

If you have a suitable host, then you'll need to download MyBB. Installation instructions are included in the download and are also available on the wiki.

If you are just a beginner at making a website, it might be better for you to stick with CreateMyBB for the time being. Search the internet and look for tutorials like how to choose a host, how to use FTP, how to do basic HTML, CSS, PHP, and how to use phpMyAdmin.
