I tried to change the time zone.
But everything I do (+2, +3 +4) on my forum the time do not change.

I search for it here but the only thing I found was this:

I am shure the inc/setting.php has got 777

But I also prefare a 24 hours system, Is that possible

If you have a custom timezone set in your user cp, it will override the default one that you set in the acp.

I understand that thing about user cp but what to do when I only want to use one timezome. Or must everybody change it in the costum timezone.

Anybody can use default or custom of their time.

The timezone selection in the Admin CP only affects guests, and users with new registrations. Any existing users must change the timezones themselves in the User CP.
