why this error came

I wonder where this comes from. Did you accidentaly just installed a plugin?

Because the directory inc/languages/englishadmin is not an existing directory, I suspect that this must be requested for by a non-MyBB script.
Its from mybb plugin
i would assume its missing a slash.. it should be inc/languages/english/admin... on which page you see this error... what was the last modification you did on your forum....
i have install one plugin and under that plugin on acp. it show this error.
what should be mistake?
Well, trie to remove/reinstall this plugin first Toungue

Do you have a folder named "englishadmin" in "languages" ?
If not, the problem is here, try to create one and move the good plugin file in.

Can you indicate which plugin. The error can then quickly be found, I think.
