I solved this issue over MSN with SILK_GX.

Apparently the offending line of code was in the "wpanel" or "Welcome Panel" plugin...

I'm getting something similar:

I got this after upgrading to 1.2.4 . I can't go anywhere in my forum...

If your using a modified functions_user.php or functions.php you need to overwrite it with the default. Otherwise contact the mod author as we do not provide support for mods / themes

It may be the game section, I'll upload the defaults again and see.
