Hello,

is it possible to enable PM for all Users? So that it is enabled for everyone and they can't disable it?
I can't find out where to change that...

Even the function "Can send private messages even if recipients have them disabled?" is not working..

So you want to allow all users to use PMs? That is in the ACP for usergroups.

Regarding turning messages off, I think if you remove that field from the UCP then the default is on. Aleternatively you could make the checked userbox a hidden field in your usercp_options template. You may need to ensure it is switched on at registration also.
