Bonjour!

When the plugin "Board Announcements Manager (1.0)" is enabled members can no longer respond to forum posts, Only administrators can answer
It can only create new topic ..

There are some problems with the plugin due to BOM in one of the files, IIRC. You can find the faulty file(s) with bomfix: http://community.mybb.com/thread-141130-...pid1019988 Then change it to UTF-8 without BOM with an advanced text editor such as Notepad++.
