It gives me this error when i click plugins in ACP public_html/inc/plugins/dvz_shoutbox.php on line 5

I copy pasted the inc and jscripts to the public_html
then added the styles and still doesn't work. Is that correct?

Personally, I have no experience because I don't like shouting .

When I login at PHP & MySQL I get a menu in which you can choose (in my case 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7 beta). About 5.4 it is stated that this will be discontinued by september 14, and everybody is upgraded to 5.6.

So I would contact my host and ask them for an upgrade.
