I am try to install the pluginlibrary plugin through my ACP.

But I received error message " The selected plugin does not have to be activated."  




please help me sir.

Um, what's the problem here? Did you actually read the error message? "The selected plugin does not have to be activated." Hint: NOT. It doesn't have to be activated for it to work. You're fine.

I'll probably change the message to "Stop it, that tickles." in the next version.
