How do I get the sparkle effect to my username all over the forums/ in threads, it's like its just visible when i click on the
respective username. Is there any plugin? If yes ! Please help me out.

Yes ! But it should be visible all over the forums.. Like if i make any thread my username appears normal and no effect.. it's just when in the post.
