it is not possible to remove tables from the database in the standard installation of MyBB (perhaps with the Database admin-tools by entering the SQL-command yourself but not otherwise).
Why would you want to drop tables???
If you do, easiest would probably be by going to phpmyadmin, selecting the table and choosing 'drop table' in the menu...but then it's gone...data is gone...structure is gone...everything in it is GONE.
phpmyadmin gives you also other exciting ways to shoot yourself in the foot...but about those some other time!

In phpmyadmin you can select the tables and drop them

hopefully you're dropping them only after you've exported them
