Hello MyBB.
I figured out that i can't register a account on my own website using the MOST themes you can find on the mods, forums, etc.
They are MyBB version 1.6 and i'm using 1.8 which won't combinate the process.
My question is, where can i download the WORKING MyBB 1.6 without any error message?
I went to download 1.6 on different sites but it says that not everything has been configured perfectly in the folders etc.
So, where can i download a WORKING MyBB 1.6?

Support for MyBB 1.6 ends on October 1st, I advise you stick with MyBB 1.8.

If you run into any issues with 1.8 at least you can get support. If you choose to use 1.6 and something goes wrong, you're on your own.

But now i can't add themes that i would like to choose, because they are v1.6.
What now? I'll just get registration problem on any theme i choose.
The error comes by XML/theme, so thats the prob.
error is that any username marks as taken but isn't.

As Nathan said, we advise using 1.8 over 1.6. 1.6 will be supported for less than a month now. If you have a 1.6 theme you really want to use, you can upgrade it to work with 1.8 by applying the template changes manually using the Find Updated Templates tool.
