Why do i keep having those show up? Not all of the post but only certain ones. And how can i get rid of them?

Why would they display though if everyone on my forum speaks and posts in English? Is there a chance i have been hacked and someone ran code that causes those to show like that? Even my members dont understand why they are displaying. This as well just started recently.
Yesterday my board times were off. All the posts made the day BEFORE showed up as todays posts. I made a topic about this here as well.
So is there a chance i was hacked and or is it just something messed up that can be fixed quickly?
