You assigned them as a moderator to those specific forums?

Yeah. Such as i added myself to a subforum it isnt showing.
The box is ticked in the board settings; and on the page where you add a moderator and after it says mods for this forum - it doesnt add people on there neither.

Can you go into your moderator cache & forum cache and paste the contents here? (if you have any invisible forums/passwords on your forums edit them out first)

well, if there's a forum that you've put a password on, make sure you edit it out in your post before you post it.
