So i am a theme developer for MyBB and plugins i build for mybb if i release themes and allow people to request what there want and we build them of course we release them free but just a paymonthly subscription like 10$/month what u guys think?

Exactly what @eNvy said. You're not really releasing it free since you require a 'Paid Subscription' for them to get it.
I think what OP means is that you can download them "free", if your subscription is up to date - as many times as you like.
I don't agree either.
Don't introduce a monthly model. One-time payment for such things work better.
just offer a paid instead.
maybe offer seasonal themes, like for christmas, summer and so on.
