I upgraded my forums from 1.6.14 to 1.8.5 following the upgrade instructions, while the rest of the things seem to be working, one of the new members mailed me to inform that he is not able to post new threads and getting this error.
To replicate this issue, I registered as a new member and tried posting a thread and got this error as soon as I click on Post thread button after drafting a test post.
Can the experts over here please help?

Ok, I was able to fix this error.
For others, who may come searching for this info.
I had Stop Forum Spam , Spamalyser and Akisment plugins enabled from 1.6.14 version.
Looks like in 1.8.* this functionality is built-in, so I I went ahead and uninstalled these plugins, since that it is working fine.
To replicate this issue, I registered as a new member and tried posting a thread and got this error as soon as I click on Post thread button after drafting a test post.
