hello guys how to add the top links that shown in mybb here ?? like home , features ,  download , community ?

we want the same look as here

the same fonts and the same size

and we are using mybb 1.8.5 , we need also to make seach , member list , calendar , help menu to appear just like here inside the gray bar not above of it like it's shown now in our fourm
