For some reason a member of my forum every time she logs in she gets booted out and appears as a guest again.

She's cleared her cookies etc etc but it still is happening. She has created other names in which to log in but again gets thrown off. I've merged her accounts but to no avail.

I created an account for her and yet, tonight again, she got booted off once again.

No one else is reporting this however, I do have a number of members with zero posts and makes me wonder if this is more wide spread than I thought.

Change your cookie domain from .thurrockparanormalforum.com to thurrockparanormalforum.com and see if that makes a difference.

If it's happening for just one user then it's an issue for their web browser/computer.

Get her to check if she has an active firewall that likes to block cookies (ZoneAlarm comes to mind) and that her browser is set to accept cookies.
