I set the theme as default. Now I added a border to the skin by editing the "index" template. And now, when I got to another area of the forums, the border isn't included. Can someone explain how I can keep my border fit on all pages. Please!

It's because you're using the "index" template instead of the "header" template.

The "index" template is only used for the index.php file.

The "header" template is global across all files and will show up on every page.
