There's no BBCode selector when creating a thread/reply in my forum

I think it was Supreme Theme provided by my friend. I provided screenshots, Thats what you can see if you are tring to create / make thread / replies.

if you are using a premium theme then post (or PM me) its purchasing proof. if it is a free theme then give its link.
also as suggested earlier, provide forum url & a test user account so that someone can check it ..

idk if its free or paid, premium or not. It's only not working on that theme but when i install and use other theme the BBCODE editor is in there.
