sticky threads and announcements coloring?

I seem to have activated the colors of sticky threads and announcements? How do i turn them off or change their colors?

i cannot seem to find them in the css

what color you are referring to... may i have your forum url...

its on localhost at the moment....announcements are red with rollover and the stickies are green with rollover
