hello, I have a question, when users register in my forum, why they could not receive the checking email sent out from my site system?
what should I do to correct this problem?

could you send email to users from their profile... check the ACP >> Tools and Maintenance >> System Mail Log for any errors...
try the script given in this Docs to check if the mail system works... few hosts have a limitation that either of the TO or FROM address should be of same domain as the forum, make sure (check with hosts) thats not the issue here...
