I have a problem when install DVZ Mentions. Syntax error. Look the image . In attachment.

How to fix ? What happen ? Confused Huh

DVZ Mentions plugin description' Wrote: [ -> ]This plugin requires PHP version 5.4 or higher.
contact your web host for upgrading php version
