What do I do after this pops up from the instalation?

You should upload everything what's in the uploads folder to your forum directory.

It don't help me one bit.
But one min. does it mean you can use like invisionfree boards ,
and you put the stuff in it?

I have no idea what you just said. You need to upload the "Upload" folder to your hosting via FTP. Please follow the Wiki.
