i tried http://community.mybb.com/thread-113273.html but it is not working and the quoted image doesnt get changed to link.

Please Help.

Please Help. quoted images take so much time to load.

Hamster, this is a plugin request which you have posted in general support.In the meantime, tell your users to quit quoting images.
