How do I change color of these text parts

Just Press Right click of mouce and click on inspect elements which will disclose all codes and which templates to be modififed.
To Change color , you have to change global.css settings -->> in body --> change color whatever you like.

I don't know which theme you're using so it might be different for you. But by default it inherits the color from #container
