How do I change the colour and text that is used in the input boxes when registering/changing email etc.
At the moment the background colour is bright yellow and the inputted text is white so people can't even see what they're writing!
The image below explains what I mean...

Go into the Admin CP Theme Manager, select the theme you are running, and find the section entitled "Form Elements".

Change the colours in the "Text Input Boxes" part.

The background colour in the theme does not match the one being displayed on the forum (says its black when it's actually yellow) so I've just changed the font colour instead.
