I WANT TO REMOVE THE (The Administrator has specified the reason as to why below.)

ACP >> Configuration >> Languages » English >> Edit Variables >> global.lang.php >> error_boardclosed >> edit the sentence as you like

alternatively, you can also change the Closed reason from, ACP >> Configuration >> Board Online / Offline >> Board Closed Reason (appears when you select YES for Board Closed)
