i can post threads but a message no, also i cant send PM..

which version of MyBB & MyAlerts plugin you are using ? provide forum url and a test user account so that someone can check it
Is there any error when you try to post a message? If there's not one visible, have you checked the error log?

What do you mean error log
Your server error log, which should be accessible via your host's control panel.
