Can you link the mybb database with wordpress. So that in a way a user will only have one login for both mybb and wordpress?

Do a search in the Third Party Integration or Plugins forums.

I did, but all the ones i found were integration of wordpress posts with mybb posts. Which i dont care about syncing posts, just the username/password.

I installed this plugin for wordpress.

I set up the settings to allow it to connect to mybb mqsyl datatbase

But i do not see users from wordpress in mybb user.

I created a dummy account on wordpress and tried to log into mybb with that account, but mybb does not know it. I also tried vice versa and made an account on mybb, but wordpress did not know it.
