Forum colors look ok.. nice Nav bar and welcome box , user box...
Pretty good... 7.5/10
I'm not too sure yet about the shout box - it is a very small community of us that'll be using the forum and we all know each other, so it might not be out of place in practice.

I remember that theme! It was the first theme that I used for MyBB.
Maybe you could add an Announcements forum so that you may notify your members of any updates to the forums.
