How to change URL of website
I want to change URL from mysite.com/mybb to mysite.com/forums

Is your site already in the /forums directory? If not move it to this directory, you will have to update inc/settings.php with the correct cookiepath (/mybb > /forums) and then log in to the admin panel and do the same change in "General settings" (Cookie path). You will also have to change board url from there (no need to change it in inc/settings.php)
