I have a rank on my forums that allows users to change their username as much as they want but if they change it they have to wait 6 hours before they can change again how i remove this ? i dont like the waiting time i dont want any group to have a waiting time.
Admin CP -> Configuration -> Login and Registration Options -> look for the setting Minimum Time Between Username Changes and set to 0.

i done that still every 6 hours
