Hello,

I don't know how but users on my forum cannot post, they say that forum says: Post must be approved before becoming visible, it might be for a specific user group or something. 
A member had "moderate posts" ticked so i unticked it but it didnt solve! So i created him a new user using administration center, but the problem is still there!

This problem is for a member group called "Support staff". But as I said even after creating a new user this problem wasn't solved.

Please say me ur forum url and pm me an demo username and pass
It's just a small problem due to wrong configuration as I think !

You shouldn't ever give our your forums admin details to anyone, but official MyBB Staff.

Check the following area in the AdminCP:

Users & Groups > Groups > *pick group name* > Forum & Posts tab

Look for the following settings and make sure they are all unchecked:
