Hi my forum is http://emeraldforum.pw whenever i acess it the theme is really retarded please can you help me fix it  if you could it would be a great help thanks if you need more information just ask

I am not sure what counts as retarded when it comes to a design, can you elaborate?

When I go on it on my laptop it looks like it's just text where as on my phone I can see the theme

Clear your cache in your browser on your computer. Let us know if that worked or not.
