I have installed NewPoints plugin and wants a plugin which calculate the score by this formula

R = reputation, T = points, P = posts
 
 P+T/200+R•3
like
if R= 4
T= 500
P=30
then 30+500/200+4•3 
and the answer would be 44.5

and show as users custom user title like how NewPoints plugin shows
