I using mybb 1.8 . I want to develop my forum. SEO it. Let's user search by search engine to find thread on forum.
How to do that ? What plugins ? What doing ? Who's know it ?

If you want to optimize it you must target your audience, Vietnamese people. The best way to do that is getting a .VN domain and using it as your primary domain (don't simply park on it!)
Since you are asking for marketing advice, I'd recommend using social media, like facebook, twitter (and so on), to advertise your site and develop a following (but don't spam!).
Your forum is very broad so make sure to come up with something unique, its not enough to have people find you, these people must also have a reason to sign up - give them as many reasons as possible.
First few months will be rough but it gets better.
How about code ? Do i need to change or add some codes in forum or threads to let them found on google search ?

Google is very good at indexing (going to every page and adding some of them to search results) your site. You need more content (posts and threads). Don't worry about code.

Ok, thank you. I was install MyBEO v1.1 for mybb 1.8 . But i don't understand somethings in that plugin.
