I was looking at vbulletin and saw this thing called vbookie, does MyBB have something similar to that?

Its a betting system for VB using the VCash. A Staff member sets a betting topic (say a football game) and puts the odds down for the different outcomes (Arsenal Win: 2:1, Chelsea Win: 3:1 etc). People then bet a certain amount of VCash on an outcome and either win or lose the money.
Hopefully we can hook a betting system into myps in the coming months.
