Can I set email notification on entire forum(new post/thread) to certain email address?
Did you want it seperate from the Admin email address? If so, you'd need a code modification
I wish every moderator to receive an notification when a new post/thread is submitted....

No need to separate from Admin. Just want every admin or mod being notified by email whnever a post is up. Motive : to enable quick response to every post.
You can tell your moderators to subscribe to the forum (this will email them of new threads), but for new replies you have to either subscribe to each thread manually, or get a code modification to do it.
