I also got this from a user recently



Here it can be seen user has no subscriptions, yet he has 19 auto private messages.

I didn't get any PM when you replied, which is odd. Can you get the suer to clear their cache and cookies and update their options from the user CP again?

Got this alert now, for your reply to that thread, user Redtay got auto private message with starting another user's nickname.
